The real estate division is headed by Roni Eyal-Lahav, whose sterling reputation and proven, valuable expertise in Israel real estate precedes her. The client receives ongoing counsel as we accompany them from the initiation and planning stages, through examination of the planning and tax aspects drafting the transaction outline, drafting the property sharing agreement between the rights holders and the developer, drafting the contract between consultants and contractor, handling legal aspects of financing the transaction, and registering the project after its completion.
