Rony Eyal-Lahav, whose reputation precedes her in the fields of real estate financing and urban renewal, is a founding partner of Busy, Negbi, Aviani, Cohen, Eyal & Co., and serves as head of the firm’s real estate division. Due to her professional expertise and many years of experience, she was selected to serve on the Property and Real Estate Forum of the Israel Bar Association, as well as the Urban Renewal Committee.
Rony’s practice focuses on real estate project development, urban renewal, lucrative real estate, infrastructure, financing, planning, construction, and property tax. These fields have provided her with a wealth of expertise in assisting with and handling sales and purchase transactions; construction projects; lucrative property transactions; large-scale rental transactions; combination transactions; group purchases; real estate tenders; assisting in planning and construction proceedings; property tenders; addressing real estate taxation matters; financing of projects; industrial, commercial, and employment transactions in the agricultural sector; and representation in real estate litigation proceedings.
Rony is particularly adept in initiating and accompanying construction transactions and urban renewal under the NOP 38 scheme, and evacuation-construction transactions, while having represented both developers and property right holders. In this respect, she provides comprehensive advice and assistance from the project’s initiation and planning stages, through examination of planning and tax aspects, drafting the transaction, formulating sharing contracts between rights holders, as well as agreements between rights holders and the developer, accompanying the financing proceedings, drafting agreements between consultants and contractors, and registering the project following completion.
In addition to her first-rate legal service, Rony Eyal-Lahav is a lecturer and the academic coordinator for courses and enrichment programs designed for the legal and real estate community.
Rony is mother to Tomer, Daniella, and Aya. She is a sworn Real Madrid supporter, and between transactions, hops over to Europe to attend football games in Europe. The rest of her free time is spent doing yoga locally and in India.
